Acceptance and scope
These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the public marketing website at stevera.io (the "Site"), operated by Stevera Technologies, Inc. ("Stevera," "we," "us"), including its informational content and its contact-form submissions. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms govern only the public website — they are not the definitive agreement for any paid Stevera OS software or services, which are governed by separately executed agreements.
Submitting a contact-form inquiry does not, by itself, create a software subscription, a customer relationship, a partnership, a banking relationship, or an advisory relationship, and does not obligate Stevera to respond. Checking the contact-form consent box means what that checkbox states — permission for Stevera to contact you about your inquiry — not acceptance of every provision of these Terms.
Informational nature of the Site
The Site is provided for general informational and business-development purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, banking, or regulatory advice.
Product and capability boundaries
Nothing on the Site represents that Stevera is a bank or a custodian, that Stevera independently holds customer or athlete funds or independently executes payment transactions, or that Stevera guarantees any particular regulatory, NCAA, or CAPS compliance outcome. The Site does not represent that Stevera is approved by the College Sports Commission, the NCAA, any athletic conference, any banking partner, or any government agency.
Capabilities described on the Site are labeled by their actual current status — for example, available in a working prototype, in collaborative development, or planned — and those labels should be read literally. A capability labeled as planned or in collaborative development is not represented as production-available, and a demonstration mockup is not represented as final production functionality.
Inquiry submissions
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting the contact form. Please do not use the form to submit financial-account credentials, payment-card information, government identification numbers, passwords or other authentication secrets, medical information, student education records, other highly sensitive personal information, confidential deal terms, privileged legal communications, or information you are not authorized to disclose.
Information submitted through the contact form is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
Communications
Submitting the contact form permits Stevera to contact you regarding the inquiry you submitted. It does not sign you up for a newsletter or promotional list, and does not constitute consent to automated marketing or to an unrelated sales campaign.
Intellectual property
The Site — including its text, graphics, logos, the Stevera name, the Stevera OS name, website design, mockups, software representations, and documentation — is owned by Stevera Technologies, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of, or grants a right to use, any third-party mark that may appear on the Site.
You may view the Site and use it for reasonable internal evaluation of Stevera and Stevera OS. You may not reproduce, commercially exploit, or remove proprietary notices from Site content except as these Terms allow.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: engage in illegal activity through the Site; attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; circumvent technical controls; interfere with the Site's operation; introduce malware; submit abusive, automated, false, or malicious contact-form content; impersonate any person or entity; conduct security testing against the Site without our prior written authorization; scrape or systematically extract Site content in violation of applicable law or the Site's technical restrictions; or otherwise infringe the rights of Stevera or any third party.
Security research
If you believe you've found a security issue affecting the Site, please report it to security@stevera.io. Stevera does not currently offer a bug-bounty program.
Third-party services and links
The Site may rely on or link to third-party services. Stevera does not control, and is not responsible for, third-party content, and a link from the Site does not imply our endorsement of it.
Website availability and changes
We may change Site content, correct errors, update product descriptions, or suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, at any time.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stevera will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your access to or use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where applicable law does not permit it to be limited.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, or the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date and Last Updated date above will reflect any material revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
