Athlete Experience
A clear view of every contract, payout, and required action.
The athlete-facing experience connects contracts, upcoming payment schedules, payment history, documents, tax forms, required actions, and financial planning insights to the same institutional record — without requiring athletes to open a new bank account.
Inside the Athlete Experience
Built for athlete clarity. Governed by the institution.
Agreements and required actions, payment visibility, tax-document access, and Tax Reserve Insight — organized around how athletes actually use it, inside the institutional platform.
Product views are grounded in the Stevera OS product design and shown with fictional data.
Action Center
Agreements and Actions
See which agreements need a signature and which disclosures need action, in one place.
Payment Status Visibility
Track revenue-share distributions and third-party NIL activity as they move through the institutional workflow.
Notifications
Get notified when a document needs a signature, a payment updates, or a new tax document is ready.
Tax Reserve Insight
One clear estimated tax reserve after every payment.
After each recorded payment, Stevera calculates a single estimated tax reserve based on the athlete's available tax profile, payment history, projected compensation, and applicable tax rules. The athlete sees the estimated amount to consider setting aside and the estimated amount remaining — while retaining complete control of every dollar in the athlete's own bank account.
- Payment received
- Estimated tax reserve
- Estimated amount after reserve
- Upcoming scheduled payouts
- Estimated reserve for upcoming payouts
- Projected annual compensation
- Tax jurisdiction used
- Last-updated indicator
- A plain-language explanation of how the estimate was calculated
Refreshes on: a new, amended, renewed, or terminated contract, an updated payment schedule, a new, returned, or cancelled payout, changed location or tax-profile information.
Tax Reserve Insight is a planning estimate. Stevera does not withhold, hold, reserve, or move any portion of an athlete's funds. Actual tax obligations depend on the athlete's individual circumstances, and athletes should consult a qualified tax professional.

Tax Documents and Financial Readiness
Tax-Document Access
Institution-approved tax documents, including 1099-NEC records, become available directly in the athlete application alongside agreements and payment history.
Financial-Readiness Tools
The Future Wealth Hub provides education, goal-setting tools, and planning simulators for athletes managing variable athletic income.
Sample document — not filed or accepted by any tax authority.
Submitting a Deal
Athlete-submitted third-party NIL records, routed for institutional review.
Payment Destination
Approved payments arrive in the athlete's designated bank account.
When a university releases a payout through Stevera Integrated Payments, the funds are delivered to the athlete's designated bank account. Athletes do not need to open a Stevera bank account or wallet. Upcoming payouts, payment status, documents, and Tax Reserve Insight remain available in the Stevera athlete experience.
The athlete keeps control of the receiving account and all funds deposited into it.
