For Athletes
A connected athlete experience for every agreement, payment, and required action.
Athletes see the information, documents, financial visibility, and next steps relevant to their own activity—while institutional teams work from the same underlying record through clearly defined role boundaries.
Inside the Athlete Experience
A dedicated athlete experience, connected to the institutional record.
Agreements and required actions, payment visibility, payout preferences, tax-document access, and optional financial-readiness tools — organized around how athletes actually use it.
Product views are grounded in the Stevera OS working prototype and shown with fictional data.
Action Center
Agreements and Actions
See which agreements need your signature and which disclosures need action, in one place.
Payment Status Visibility
Track revenue-share distributions and third-party NIL activity as they move through the institutional workflow.
Notifications
Get notified when a document needs your signature, a payment updates, or a new tax document is ready.
Earnings and Financial Readiness
Tax-Document Readiness
Once an institution-approved tax document is issued, it can become available in the athlete application with secure access and a notification that it is ready. Applicable forms depend on the payment type and the institution's tax determination.
Optional Tax-Reserve Estimate
View an optional estimate intended to support personal tax planning alongside payment activity and available tax documents.
Estimates are informational and are not tax advice.
Financial-Readiness Tools
Planned financial-readiness content and tools designed to support athletes managing variable athletic income and future financial decisions.
Stevera activity is shown here. Connected-banking features are partner- and deployment-dependent.
Additional Athlete Workflows

Account Choice
Use the preferred account — or designate another eligible account for payout.
Athletes are not required to use the preferred banking partner. They may choose a featured preferred account for optional connected-banking features or designate another eligible account to receive approved payments. Stevera access, recorded payment activity, payment-status visibility, tax documents, and informational tax-reserve estimates remain available regardless of the receiving bank.
Preferred-bank experience
Where offered, an athlete may open or use an account with the preferred banking partner. Participating-bank features may include connected balance and transaction visibility, more integrated banking services, and athlete-authorized, optional bank-held savings or tax-reserve tools. Availability depends on the banking partner and implementation.
Another eligible payout account
An athlete may designate another eligible account to receive approved payments. Stevera can continue to show recorded payment activity, distribution status, tax documents, and informational tax-reserve estimates, but external balance visibility, transaction syncing, and bank-powered sweep features may not be available. The athlete may manually set aside the suggested reserve amount in any account.
Core access to Stevera is not conditioned on choosing the preferred banking partner.
